Your role is crucial, as you ensure materials meet exact specifications through meticulous measurement and grinding expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Master overhead and jib crane operations.
• Initiate and oversee rotary wheel Blanchard grinders.
• Formulate machining methods for surface perfection.
• Adjust controls for exact tolerances and finishing.
• Integrate measurement tools for thorough quality checks.
• Interpret complex part diagrams with ease.
• Securely position workpieces using magnetic and clamping techniques.
• Apply statistical methods for process assurance.
• Routine maintenance and workspace tidiness are daily priorities.
• Fulfill additional tasks with adaptability.

Desired Skills

• Blueprint literacy is a must.
• Forklift operation skills required.
• Proficiency in gauging devices and calculations.
• Exemplary analytical mindset and math skills.

Educational Background
