## **Position Overview**

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate company records, entering and updating information into databases, and supporting administrative functions across multiple departments. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to the success of DIVIETO Ristorante Group from anywhere within the United States.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

## **Key Responsibilities**

* Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

* Process and verify invoices, receipts, and financial documents as assigned.

* Maintain digital filing systems to ensure records are complete and accessible.

* Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.

* Assist with compiling data for reports and presentations.

* Respond to email inquiries related to data entry or records management.

* Work collaboratively with finance, HR, and operations departments to ensure data accuracy.

* Handle confidential information with integrity and comply with company data protection policies.

## **Qualifications**

* Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit required).

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.

* Proven experience as a data entry clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

* Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

* Experience with restaurant or hospitality operations is a plus but not required.

* Position: Full-time, Remote

* Typical schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (flexible hours may be considered)
