Salary: $75,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• I possess at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in software engineering, particularly with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft technology stack.
• Experience within the financial services sector is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps is a plus.
• I exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities.
• I have strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• I have a passion for technology and am committed to ongoing learning.

Responsibilities:

• I will develop, test, and deploy high-quality code utilizing .NET, C#, Angular, Entity Framework, and other relevant technologies.
• I will utilize Azure cloud services to improve application scalability, performance, and security.
• I will design and manage efficient database structures using SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• I will ensure code quality by adhering to standards and best practices through code reviews and automated testing.
• I will identify and address complex technical challenges, delivering timely and effective solutions.
• I will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers to provide estimates and ensure successful project outcomes.

The compensation package at O’Brien-Staley Partners consists of a base salary and bonuses, with variable compensation generally making up a significant portion of total earnings. Equity participation will be available for qualified candidates on a biennial basis, following at least one full fiscal year of employment with the firm.

This full-time position is based in Las Vegas, NV, with a salary range of $75,000 to $115,000 per year.
