We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of a variety of events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event management, from conception through to completion, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the vision of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilitie
Plan and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Manage all logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation arrangements.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and kept within limits.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
Create and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage in a timely manner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful events.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.
Proficiency in event management software and tools, and basic knowledge of social media platforms for event promotion.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances.
