Job Description

What you’ll do

As a Human Resources Intern at Henkel, you will:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support key activities across the employee lifecycle, including interviews, onboarding, employee events, and offboarding
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Rocky Hill HR space during Summer 2026, helping create a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on projects related to payroll, talent acquisition, and benefits
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote inclusivity and collaboration across departments and employee groups
  • Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and HR communications
  • Gain exposure to strategic HR functions and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic corporate setting.

  • An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Psychology, Industrial and Organization Psychology or Business Administration

Additional information

  • This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support. 
  • Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.  
  • Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
