Practice Scope & Responsibilities
Supervise 8 pediatric dental residents in the clinic as they evaluate and treat patients
Provide direct patient care in both the clinic and operating room settings
Perform advanced pediatric dental procedures in the hospital OR and North freestanding surgery center
Collaborate with attending dentists, residents, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers
Potential to assist with on-call coverage over the longer term as recruitment efforts continue
Schedule & Availability
Flexible 1 to 5 days per week
Preference for candidates available 2 or more days per week
Clinic volume: 12–14 patients/day
OR volume: 5–6 cases/day
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
Residency-Trained in Pediatric Dentistry
Active Pennsylvania Dental License (or eligibility via IMLC)
ACLS (AHA certified)
PALS (AHA certified)
